Prayer For 1 Year Death Anniversary

Prayer For 1 Year Death Anniversary

I’d like to thank you all for being here today. As you know, we are gathered to celebrate the life of _____ and mourn his passing. We also come together today to ask God’s blessing on ____’s family in this difficult time.

God Of The Storms,

God of the Storms,

God of the Seas,

All Creatures Great and Small,

All Creatures Wise and Wonderful

We come to you on this day to honor our beloved departed family member. We are grateful for your presence in our lives. You bring us comfort during times of grief and sorrow. We ask you to protect our loved ones who have passed from any evil that may be lurking about today or any other day.

God Of The Seas,

  • God Of The Seas,
  • God of the Storms,

Heavenly father, God of the Universe and Lord of Lords. Please hear and answer our prayers for the salvation of your son (name) who is now in your presence. We ask you to guide us through these times filled with pain and sorrow. We ask you to give us strength as we remember him today on this anniversary of his death. We ask that you would comfort us with your love, peace and joy in all things we do; right now, today and forever more!

All Creatures Great And Small,

Help the family remember the person who died. Pray for their family and friends. Pray for the person who died, that they may be at peace with God and in heaven. Pray for those left behind, that they may have strength from God through this difficult time.

All Creatures Wise And Wonderful,

All creatures great and small,

All creatures wise and wonderful,

God of the storms, God of the seas –

We turn to you in our times of need.

Prayer For 1 Year Death Anniversary

  • We thank you for the gift of life and we ask that you walk with us through this time of loss. Help us to be present, not only for ourselves, but for those who are struggling around us as well.
  • We pray for those who have been left behind to be comforted by your presence and guidance at this time of sorrow. Help them find peace in knowing that their loved one is no longer in pain and has found a better place than here on this earth; a place where they can run free without fear or harm, where every day will be full of joy instead of tears or sadness.
  • We also pray for those who need closure: Those whose hearts are broken open with grief over losing someone close to them; those who want answers but don’t know how to get them (or why they should even try); those who still feel hurt by past hurts inflicted on them by others;

So we have come to the end of this post, and my hope is that it has given you some comfort or guidance in your own spiritual journey. We need to remember that we all have our ups and downs, and sometimes you just need a little help from above. So if you’re struggling with grief right now, don’t be afraid to ask for help!
