Dear God,

I pray for the families of those involved in this accident. Comfort the grieving and brokenhearted, Give them peace beyond all understanding, I give you praise during this troubling time. For you Lord are good, merciful and faithful. Thank you for your love, grace and mercy. Thank you for watching over my loved one

Dear God,

You are the creator of every single thing in this universe. You are the only one who can solve all our problems and make things right. You are a loving God who cares so much about us that he sent his son Jesus to die on the cross so we could be saved from our sins. We thank you for your mercy and grace toward us, dear Lord. We thank you for hearing our prayers and providing us with strength and comfort when we need them most during times of distress, trials or pain. We thank you for being our source of guidance as we navigate through life’s challenges as well as its joys!

I pray for the families of those involved in this accident.

I pray for the families of all those involved in this accident. May God grant them peace and comfort as they grieve their losses and begin healing from the pain they have suffered. And may He use these tragedies to bring glory to His name.

Peace is a state of being. It is not the absence of conflict, but rather the ability to cope with conflict and resolve it. As you pray for someone in a car accident, ask God to give them peace beyond all understanding as they seek to recover from their injuries and live in ways that honor him.

Peace doesn’t mean letting go of anger or righteous indignation at an injustice done against us—that’s not what Jesus taught us about peace (see Matthew 5:9). But we can forgive those who have hurt us if we choose, even when we don’t understand why someone did what they did (see Colossians 3:13).

Forgiveness is such an important part of having peace because without forgiveness, our hearts are hard toward others; we cannot love freely; and we don’t receive the grace that has been given to us (see Romans 12:14).

When you are in a troubling time, praising God can be one of the most important things you do. Praising God during this time helps you to remember that he is good and faithful, even when things seem to be going poorly. When we praise him for his goodness and faithfulness, it reminds us that he will care for us and help us through our troubles.

Praising him brings glory to him as well and reminds us of his love. Praising God also helps strengthen our relationship with him because it allows us to give thanks for all the blessings in our lives, including what may seem like small blessings at first glance (like surviving an accident).

For you Lord are good, merciful and faithful.

We thank you for being with us in our times of need. We thank you for always listening to us and watching over us, even when we cannot see or hear you.

We ask that you guide those involved in this accident and help them to be safe until help arrives. We pray that they will have no broken bones, cuts or bruises and that they will receive medical attention as soon as possible if needed.

You know that they don’t have money or insurance to pay for treatment of their injuries.
