Wisdom, Guidance, And Direction From God

God is the source of wisdom, and His wisdom is perfect. He wants to give you the knowledge and understanding you need to make the right choices in life.

God’s advice is available to all people, no matter who they are or where they live. It has been said that “The Bible is not a book just for Christians; it’s a book for all people!” In fact, any person can learn important lessons from reading God’s Word (the Bible).

God’s advice isn’t only for adults—it’s also meant for kids! You can use God’s guidance to help solve problems in your life.

Living A Sanctified Life

As you grow in your faith, it is important that you learn to live a sanctified life. This means avoiding sin and temptation, being careful not to fall into worldly entertainment or relationships with worldly friends. It also means avoiding things like movies or websites that have sinful content. The world may look enticing at times, but it is not good for us by nature.

Living Above Sin

  • Sin is a bad thing.
  • Sin hurts you.
  • Sin hurts other people.
  • Sin hurts God, who loves us so much that he gave his son to die for our sins (Romans 5:8). This means that sin has serious consequences and needs to be stopped! The best way to avoid sin is by not doing it in the first place, but even if you do fall into temptation and commit a sin, you can still make up for your mistake by asking God for forgiveness and learning from your mistakes so they won’t happen again (1 John 1:9).

We Are The Light Of The World

`We are the light of the world.’ – Matthew 5:14

`You are the salt of the earth.’ – Matthew 5:13

In this Scripture passage, Jesus is talking about how we should be in our everyday lives so that people will see us and want to follow His example. We should let our actions speak for themselves, letting others see that we love God more than anything else in life. Just like salt makes food taste good, we can do that too!

Abiding In Jesus Christ

To abide in Christ is to live in Him, to be rooted in Him and built up in Him.

To abide in Christ is also to obey Him, be conformed to His image, and be faithful to Him.

Standing Fast Or Falling Away

Stand Fast or Fall Away

This topic is full of good advice for young Christians. The Bible says, “We have this treasure in jars of clay to show that this all-surpassing power is from God and not from us” (2 Corinthians 4:7). Christians are like clay jars that can be broken at any moment, but they also contain a treasure which cannot be broken—the Word of God. As you study this passage, think about how you can keep your faith firm in the face of temptations and trials.

What Can We Do To Stand Fast?

Encouraging One Another

Encouraging one another is a great way to strengthen each other, help each other, make each other happy and feel good.

Putting God First

God is always watching. He’s keeping an eye on everything you do.

God is always there, even when you don’t think he is. Yes, he knows about your mistakes and regrets; no matter what you’ve done or where you’ve gone, God will always forgive and accept you as his child if you ask for forgiveness from him.

God hears every prayer that’s made: whether it be to give thanks for many blessings in life or to ask for guidance through a difficult situation—God listens and cares about each prayer we pray!

God loves each one of us individually—and that means something special since there are billions of people on the earth right now! When we come before him with our concerns and needs, God answers those concerns because he cares about us too much not too (Romans 8:39). When we sin against him by doing things against his commands or laws then we need not worry because God forgives all sins whether they’re small ones like lying against another person’s reputation by spreading false gossip around town; or bigger ones like stealing from someone else’s house during night time hours when their doors aren’t locked yet so no one sees what happens inside their house except maybe some members who live there but those members won’t tell anyone else because then everyone would know how bad they were acting toward each other so instead they let others believe that everything was fine between them despite their disagreements over finances etcetera.”

Worldly Entertainment Or Holy Entertainment

What is entertainment? It is a good thing to enjoy, and we should not be afraid of having fun. God gave us all a sense of humor, so we can laugh at ourselves and the things around us. But there are times when our minds are drawn away from God and focused on worldly things instead.

When you watch too much TV or spend hours on social media (or both), it can keep you from doing other things that are more important for your life with God: praying, reading the Bible and studying His Word in church together as a family unit or small group. When this happens, it’s easy to feel guilty about how much time you spend online or watching television instead of spending time with Jesus Christ directly by talking to Him in prayer throughout the day—and by attending church services where He lives among us through His Word!

Overcoming Evil With Good

  • Don’t let evil overcome you.
  • Don’t let evil overcome your heart.
  • Don’t let evil overcome your mind.
  • Don’t let evil overcome your soul.
  • Don’t let evil overcome your spirit (or, don’t allow the devil to control you).
